RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1. Overview
This Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from:

This policy applies to UK customers only.
2. Your Right to Cancel (Non-Custom Items)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
To exercise your right to cancel:
- You must notify us in writing by email to 4Seasons.StudioUK@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
- You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
3. Refund Entitlement
If you cancel within the 14-day period and return the item in acceptable condition, you are entitled to:
- A refund of the item price, and
- A refund of the original standard delivery cost paid.
We are not required to refund any upgraded or express delivery charges.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
5. Condition of Returned Items
You are entitled to inspect the jewellery as you would in a retail setting.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- In original condition
- Free from damage
- Returned in original packaging
- Returned with the original branded tag attached
6. Branded Tag Policy
All jewellery is supplied with a visible branded tag attached.
The tag is designed to remain attached while you inspect the piece indoors for fit and appearance.
Removal, cutting, or tampering with the branded tag indicates use beyond reasonable inspection.
Items returned without the original branded tag attached, or with the tag removed, cut or tampered with, may not be eligible for a full refund.
Where we determine that the jewellery has been worn or used beyond reasonable inspection, we reserve the right to:
- Refuse a refund, or
- Reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value of the goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Personalised jewellery
- Custom-made pieces
- Items created to specific customer requirements
- Made-to-order pieces created specifically for you
Such items are non-refundable unless faulty.
8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
If the item is confirmed faulty, we will:
- Offer a repair, replacement (where possible), or refund
- Cover reasonable return postage costs
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
